Just wanted to say thank you to Rory from Roto-Rooter. He was very professional and polite. On-time and helpful. Very knowledgeable about his work as well.
Chance came out on a Sunday to snake the main drain line to my house. There was an underground bees nest right next to the main line access. He was able to find and clear the clog...while also spraying down bees.
They were willing to work around my schedule and they were there, when they said they would be. The technician was very clear about cost and what expectations from service would be.
